I hope you like my newest drawing of Marcia. I tried out a colour drawing and I am pretty satisfied with it, although it is much more of a challenge. I hope you like it and that you feel I did the amazing Marcia justice!
Added December 11/04: This is my newer drawing of Marcia, because I realized I wasn't entirely satisfied with the earlier one I did. I hope you like this one better and feel I did justice to the wonderful actress and lovely human being that is Marcia Cross. :)
Marcia Cross is my new favourite actress of the fall season, ranking right up there with my biggest faves, Robin Christopher and Cynthia Preston! If you didn't already know, Marcia plays the obsessive compulsive yet emotionally vulnerable domestic diva, Bree Van De Kamp on the hit show Desperate Housewives!!! You may also know her from Melrose Place and/or One Life to Live. Marcia is a very strong actress but her performances aim for the more understated side of acting, which I like- you have to pay close attention to catch every subtle nuance!!! Two thumbs up for Marcia and for Desperate Housewives as well, and I hope you feel the same about this portrait!
